Who are TVXQ?
TVXQ is a five membered Korean pop group that started in 2003. The five members are Kim Junsu (stage name Xiah), Park Yoochun (stage name Micky), Kim Jaejoong (stage name Hero), Shim Changmin (stage name Max), and Jung Yunho (stage name U-Know). They have been praised by many for their vocal talent, dancing skills, and performance levels. Aside from just conquering Korea's music industry, the group also ventured into Japan in 2005. There, they encountered many hardships that soon helped shape the group into the powerhouse that they are today. Their breakthrough came in 2008 when they topped Japan's Oricon charts and since then, they haven't looked back.
TVXQ has two fanclubs. Their Korean fanclub's name is Cassiopeia while their Japanese fanclub's name is BigEast. In 2008, Cassiopeia broke the Guiness Book of World Records for the biggest fanclub, with over 800,000 official members and over 200,000 Japanese members (BigEast), and over 200,000 international fans.
In mid-2009, three of the members (Junsu, Yoochun, and Jaejoong) filed a lawsuit against their record label, SM Entertainment, because of their contract and price distribution. Since the lawsuit it still ongoing, the three members are now on hiatus from TVXQ and instead formed JYJ. Yunho and Changmin are still part of SM Entertainment and are still continuing the group name of TVXQ.
Although the members are separated due to the ongoing lawsuit, TVXQWorld and OneTVXQ supports all five of the members, whether it's TVXQ (HoMin), made up of Yunho and Changmin, or JYJ. We dedicate ourselves to delivering everything about the five members.
